PJF to hold National Judo Championship in April
PESHAWAR: Pakistan Judo Federation (PJF) will hold the 27th Men and 10th Women National Judo Championships from 8th to 12th of next month at Qayyum Stadium Peshawar.
The event will take place in collaboration of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sports Directorate and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judo Association.
The event aims to encourage the country’s youth to come forward and join the sport of judo.
The male and female judo players will vie for top honours in five different weight categories, both in individual and team events. The male judokas will contest in 66kg, 73kg, 81kg and 90kg weight divisions, whereas females will compete in 52kg, 57kg, 63kg and 70kg.
