Quaid-e-Azam Inter-Divisional Hockey Day-10: Multan, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Lahore register victories
LAHORE: The first Quaid-e-Azam Inter-Divisional Hockey Championship is being organized by Sports Board Punjab (SBP) in collaboration with Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) and Punjab Hockey Association.
On the 10th day, Multan, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad and Lahore thrashed their rivals at the National Hockey Stadium, Lahore.
Multan pulverized over Sahiwal 2-1 to become winner of the first match of the day.
Bahawalpur team amazed strong Sargodha outfit 2-1 in a closely fought second encounter of the day.
The third encounter between DG Khan and Faisalabad hockey teams proved to be one-sided affair, which was won by dominant Faisalabad team 6-0.
In the fourth and last match of the day, Lahore defeated Gujranwala 4-1.
